Rental Agreement, Liability Waiver & No-Refund Policy

This agreement applies to all rentals provided by Bear Inflatable Rental LLC, including bounce houses, inflatable games, tents, tables, chairs, 360 photo booths, and related equipment.

The customer accepts all risks associated with use of the rented equipment and agrees to provide constant adult supervision where required. Equipment must not be used during unsafe weather, including high winds, lightning, or severe rain. The customer is responsible for keeping the equipment secure, preventing misuse, and paying for damage caused by negligence, vandalism, pets, fireworks, or unauthorized alterations.

The customer agrees to release and hold harmless Bear Inflatable Rental LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from claims for injury, death, or property damage arising from the use of the equipment except where prohibited by law.

Cancellation / No-Refund Policy: Deposits and payments are non-refundable. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. If Bear Inflatable Rental LLC cancels due to unsafe weather or circumstances making setup unsafe, the customer may receive a rain check or rescheduled rental at the company’s discretion. Failure to provide access or a safe setup location does not qualify for a refund.
